Our new trainees can look forward to a thorough and fast paced training schedule, comprising both classroom style teaching, on the job training and shadowing a Partner. We train and mentor consultants from the ground-up to a position where they will be proficient in all areas, capable in the handling of many clients, and successful in having gained the relevant professional qualifications and status.
Our training scheme aims to support individuals' continued career progression to specialist status, or as a manager within the consultancy business. Our expectation is that all trainees will progress to full equity-partnership status, where they will benefit from equity and profit share.
Excellent academic qualifications are assumed and if you can demonstrate experience or extra curricula activities that show determination, a sense of responsibility and qualities of leadership - we want to hear from you.
