You will have a good knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting (through your CompTIA A+ certification) and a proven ability to install, configure and maintain several Microsoft client operating systems (9x, 2000 and XP) with your MCPs. This will go hand in hand with your knowledge and practical skills needed to install, configure and troubleshoot a Wide Area Network (Cisco CCNA).
