Training & Profiles

We offer all new starters a comprehensive training programme with full on the job training which is additionally supported with external training courses. You will get a full on-boarding with a company induction to provide you with all necessary information to feel comfortable in your new role and place of work. You’ll be paired with a workplace buddy who can mentor you and answer any questions that you may have. Finally, you will receive full on the job training which will give you access to the necessary tools and information you need to complete your job. As you move on through your career at LBR, you will have bi-annual appraisals with your line manager to discuss performance and personal development.
