Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Policy Development: Help develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitoring and Reporting:** Monitor compliance activities, prepare reports, and document findings.
- Risk Assessment: Support the identification and assessment of compliance risks within the organization.
- Training and Education: Assist in conducting training sessions to educate staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Audits and Investigations: Participate in internal audits and investigations to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, communications, and investigations.
- Communication: Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a compliance role or internship is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
