We are seeking a talented Drama Graduate who will enjoy the challenge of
working in our ambitious school to support fully the Drama department’s
ambitious co-curricular provision, promote the student uptake of
opportunities, and contribute to our outstanding academic provision.
Duties and responsibilities include co-directing/assistant-directing one
of our major productions, supporting the practical work of GCSE and A
Level examination pieces, and attending theatre trips and workshops. The
Drama Graduate will occasionally teach practical Drama lessons in case
of teacher absence. The successful applicant will therefore be able to
deliver outstanding, engaging and fun practical Drama lessons.
This is a one-year fixed-term position, offered on a full-time basis 37
hours per week, 35 weeks per year. The working hours will be 8.30am –
5.00pm Monday – Thursday and 8.30am – 4.30pm on Friday with a one-hour
unpaid lunch break.
