The Electric Revolution Skills Hub (ERS Hub) is a digital platform providing a national skills resource to support the provision of an empowered and sustainable workforce that meets the growing needs of the UK’s electrification community. Facilitating in-depth specialist sector knowledge, network building and community creation, we support industry growth and help address necessary electrification skills, talent and workforce requirements.
Bringing together education and industry, we work collaboratively with all parties to solve the workforce challenges this fast-emerging sector faces. The ERS Hub acts as a skills development catalyst, providing an accessible route for individuals of all ages and backgrounds to embark on an electrification-focused career journey.
Driven by Coventry University and in collaboration with UKRI and DER initiatives, together we can meet the UK’s electrification sector skills, talent and workforce needs. Join us in powering the electrification revolution!
