Diversity, equality & inclusion initiatives
Equity, diversity and inclusion
We believe diversity drives innovation. Our workforce is:
- 38% female or non-binary
- 15% LGBTQ+
- 12% neurodivergent
We actively support our employees through initiatives like ELEVATE, our women and non-binary network, LGBTKubrick+, our LGBTQ+ and allies' group, and our Mental Health First Aiders. Visit the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion page of our website to learn more.
Wellbeing
We offer a wide range of benefits that are designed to support your mental, physical, and financial wellbeing. Plus, our dedicated teams and in-house initiatives will ensure you get the support you need to thrive both on and off client site.
Sustainability
As an environmentally conscious organization, we recognize the role we play in the global transition to a sustainable future, and that's why we are committed to developing Science Based Targets that will drive the business to achieve net zero emissions by 2030.
Our ESG commitments have been recognized with a Bronze Sustainability rating from EcoVadis and a B- score for our CDP Climate Change disclosure in 2023, both of which highlight our standing above the average in global and industry benchmarks. These achievements reflect our focus on sustainable operations and our promise of transparency and progress in our environmental initiatives.
We also work with our clients and technology partners to support their ESG agenda, enabling them to build diverse talent pipelines and make significant changes that are geared towards sustainability.
Company Company profile
Who we are
Since 2016, we've helped over 1,500 diverse, talented individuals break into data and AI, equipping them with key skills and knowledge to support our clients with a wide range of business and tech challenges and accelerate in their careers.
We're trusted by over 100 top-tier clients across the UK and US, including well-known brands in retail, banking, and pharmaceuticals, and have built a wide range of tech partnerships with companies such as Google, Amazon, Snowflake, Databricks, Collibra, and more.
Plus, we're proud of our diversity and inclusion efforts, having achieved twice the industry standard for female and non-binary representation within tech.
Why choose Kubrick:
1. No Experience Required
At Kubrick, we're committed to hiring individuals with little to no prior skills or experience in data and AI and helping them break into the field. All we need from you is a 2.1 or above degree in any STEM subject and the right to work in the UK.
Please note, we are unable to accept Computer Science degrees due to the technical nature of the course and skills obtained.
2. Bespoke, salaried training
For the first 15 weeks of your employment with us, you'll train alongside a cohort of other junior consultants who are also new to the world of data and AI. Our training is delivered by our in-house team of specialists and designed to introduce you to the key technical and non-technical skills and knowledge that will help you stand out.
Not only will you spend the first four months focusing solely on your development, but you'll be paid a monthly salary to do so, making it a truly accessible opportunity for all.
3. Guaranteed exposure to client projects
Once you've successfully passed your 15 weeks of training, you'll be assigned to one of our leading client organisations where you'll apply your skills and knowledge to projects relevant to your assigned practice area, directly contributing to their success.
4. Diverse Career Pathways
After two years with Kubrick, a range of exciting career pathways become available. You can continue to grow within us, leveraging our internal opportunities and even joining our Global Mobility Programme to live and work in the US. Alternatively, you may decide to transition to a permanent role with your client or take a different path entirely. The choice is yours!
5. Access to a diverse and ever-expanding network
People often say the key to success is not what you know, but who you know. At Kubrick, we believe both are equally as important as each other and are proud to have built an offering that will not only develop your skills and understanding, but give you access to a broad network who can open doors for you and help you thrive in your career.
During your employment with us, you'll have access to a range of thought leaders across a wide range of industries, plus influential stakeholders who can help drive change and ensure you are visible to the right people. Post-employment, you can stay connected to us through our ever-expanding alumni network of ex-Kubrick consultants who have completed their 2-year training agreement period and either joined their client permanently or explored an alternative path.
6. Rapid Career Acceleration
Your career will accelerate much faster with us compared to traditional graduate schemes, due to our dedicated training, support, range of diverse and exciting client projects, network, and ongoing development opportunities.
Values and culture
Our core values are the foundation upon which we build relationships, make decisions, and drive innovation. They are more than words on paper, they are the ethos that defines us.
- Innovation over Complacency - We take pride in being market disruptors, not followers. We're curious, always open to new ideas, and never shy away from making mistakes; each mistake leads to a lesson learnt, which takes you one step closer to a better solution.
- Diversity over Homogeneity - We respect the differences in others and understand the importance of diverse thoughts, experiences, backgrounds and perspectives when formulating new ideas and creating solutions. We believe in creating equal opportunities for all and pushing against barriers that have existed for too long.
- Adaptability over Inflexibility - The technology landscape is always changing and so are the needs of our clients. We are agile in our working, ways of thinking, and approach to the future of data and technology.
- Collaboration over Isolation - We believe that working together rather than in isolation and acting with humility over arrogance. Every person at Kubrick can create something great, but together we can build something incredible.
- Evidence over Bias - We know better evidence leads to better insight. We champion data and technology-driven decision-making and always examine processes with a critical eye to uncover and eliminate the biases which prevent businesses and people from unleashing their potential.
