Employee NPS is now 68 – ENPS – Employee Net Promoter Score is delivered using 1-10 scale system. The percentages of those voted 9 and 10 are added together. Those who voted 7 & 8 remain neutral. Those who voted 1-6 are known as detractors, their percentage score is added up and then subtracted from the figure given by those who voted 9 and 10. This calculation gives you the industry standard measure.

My degree is in English and History but I was able to get up to speed with the IT world during my initial 3 weeks of intensive training in Marlow. I quickly started mentoring new starters on my team and became full time Deputy Team Leader after about a year.
