Training & Profiles

In 2008, we are proud to launch our brand new graduate scheme offering high potential, ambitious individuals exciting, challenging and varied career opportunities across our business.

During our structured, five-year development and training programme, you will be assigned a number of important projects addressing business critical issues. These are highly visible roles providing early responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact, driving through best practice initiatives and improvements. Significant mentoring and coaching as well as internal and external training programmes will support your learning and development as you progress towards general management.

Although you should be able to demonstrate that you have excelled in your academic and extra-curricular career to date, personality and motivation are more important factors for us.
