Venture Graduate links talented, hardworking graduates like yourself, to ambitious businesses across the Cardiff Capital Region. It’s open to all graduates looking to work in the region, whether you:

South East Wales including: Blaenau Gwent, Bridgend, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Rhondda Cyon Taf, Torfaen and Vale of Glamorgan
What’s the recruitment process?
For the majority of our roles, the application process includes:

Apply between 18th October - 7th November 2021
• Complete a video
interview between 9th -14th November
• Participate in a digital
assessment centre 18-19th November
• Final interview with employer
from 29th November onwards
• Start dates December 2021/January 2022
