What will I be doing?
From the moment you arrive you will be making a difference. You will enter a live position either in one of our sales environments or in logistics. You will be given on the job training and time out to explore various business led projects, benefiting your personal career development and XMA. You will undergo an extensive training program equipping you with essential business skills and competencies. The program will contain a degree of flexibility allowing us to match the training and projects to your needs.
What other support will I get?
During this time you will be mentored by one of our senior managers who will coach and support you through the developmental program. They will make sure you get the most out of this time, helping you to shine and make a difference.
What happens then?
By meeting your performance agreement you will be invited to attend our development centre and go through our career review at an accelerated rate. After successful completion of your first year you will be encouraged to take any relevant qualifications.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for recently qualified graduates achieving a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline. However you will have an interest in entering a sales or logistic environment. We are looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated graduates. You will have a strong academic record with good IT literacy skills, strong interpersonal and Communication skills and possess leadership potential.
