Jobs with Languages

So we did a languages degree! History and French in my case - has anyone found positions that aren't teaching/recruitment because I would love to use French as part of my job but it seems that people treat the language skills that we picked up as just an extra that people with science/maths/engineering degrees should have as a matter of course.

hey James,

I am in the same position, I studied Spanish and Media. I have been informed that although there may not be many jobs that are advertised as needing languages, a lot of the bigger companies like you to be fluent so in the future you can move into international relations, client meetings and general communications.
