Associate
As an Associate, you’ll have opportunities to work with top management consulting firms or the sharpest minds in Private Equity. They trust you to provide access to the most relevant experts and research content, which you will identify and recommend throughout project lifecycles. This role builds a unique set of stakeholder management skills, helping you deliver exceptional results for clients and experts alike. While projects can be complex, the impact is meaningful—each day, you’ll hear directly from clients, experts, and colleagues about the difference you’ve made.
The hats you will wear:
- Salesperson: Listen to your clients and tailor our offering to suit their unique needs, using negotiation and persuasion to create value for specialists. You will pitch our entire suite of products (content and expert calls) and convince experts to share their industry insights with clients.
- Business driver: Understand exceptional client service in a competitive market and how your work drives revenue growth, executing strategies for the accounts you manage.
- Problem solver: Consulting clients rely on us for their research needs, and it’s our job to fulfill expert requests with urgency while maintaining quality.
- Player & coach: We work as a unified team, within your team and the wider EU Consulting business. Some days you’ll lead, others you’ll support, always fostering a collaborative environment.
- Research partner: Clients depend on us to be an extension of their team, bridging knowledge gaps and ensuring a smooth partnership.
