What could I be involved in as a Human Resources Fast Streamer?
Working with senior leaders at the heart of HR strategy and operational delivery you’ll experience different working environments and cultures, departments and regions. It’s fast-paced work, often influenced by national and world events. You’ll have the opportunity to influence policy and build a portfolio of professional skills in areas like HR business partnering, diversity and inclusion, talent management and capability building. And you’ll make a valuable contribution to the way the Civil Service does business, by looking after the diverse individuals who make up our workforce across the UK.
Training includes:
Your professional development will include gaining CIPD accreditation, with support to study towards a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. The Fast Stream core curriculum includes practical and leadership skills training, with access to a range of courses and learning tools. You’ll also benefit from mentorship, job shadowing and networking opportunities.
