Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise heavy industry. We aim to make synthetic fuel cheaper than fossil fuels and sustain life on earth by keeping the CO2 locked underground. We’re looking for a Founders Associate / Operations role to help accelerate 3 key areas of the business – Financial, Recruitment and Admin working closely with the founder/CEO of Rivan. The aim for this role is to find someone that has the capacity and learning ability to take on more responsibility over time and become a core member of the Rivan team.

The role:

Operational execution

• Simplify and streamline key areas of the business with systems that speed up execution
• Financial operations (Procurement, Budgeting)
• Admin (Contracts, Leasing, travel, Accommodation)
• Recruitment (Candidate sourcing, execution of plan)

Operational design

• Organisational efficiency
• Strategic Expansion opportunities
  

Core skills:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent
• Proof of work – what have you done before this that shows you can get stuff done fast and take on a lot of responsibility?

Specifics:

• £30-40K Salary depending on experience
• Significant share options as part of the early team
