Position Overview: As a Client Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for their clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about their products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and present appropriate products and services.
• Manage all aspects of projects, including initiating and coordinating client communications.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders through phone and email outreach.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Fluency in German
• Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
