Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and tailoring recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate with a degree from a reputable university.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and candidates.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for executive recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
