Our client, a leading international recruitment consultancy headquartered in Central London, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Human Resources Assistant to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international setting. The successful candidate will support various HR functions and play a key role in enhancing recruitment processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.

Onboarding:

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.

Employee Relations:

  • Support HR initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and attendance logs.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Previous internship or work experience in an HR role is a plus but not essential.
