Graduate Human Resource Assistant
Our client, a leading international recruitment consultancy headquartered in Central London, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Human Resources Assistant to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international setting. The successful candidate will support various HR functions and play a key role in enhancing recruitment processes and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed.
Employee Relations:
- Support HR initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files and attendance logs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in an HR role is a plus but not essential.
