As an Office Manager with COO responsibilities, you will oversee daily operations, administration, streamline processes and support strategic business initiatives. Our client will provide all the training needed to progress into a senior management position.

About the role:

  • Managing office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Overseeing administrative functions and coordinating between departments.
  • Supporting leadership in business planning and execution.
  • Implementing and optimizing internal processes.
  • Assisting with HR functions, recruitment, and team coordination.
  • Managing budgets, suppliers, and key stakeholder relationships.
  • Driving company culture and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Previous Junior Admin/Office Assistant experience.

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry, particularly within the Legal/Financial Sector.

The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in an administrative or operational role, such as a Junior Administrator, Office Assistant, or Operations Assistant, and will be eager to take the next step in their career. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable taking initiative.
