What You'll Be Doing:
- 360 Recruitment: Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to closing deals.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your network and expertise to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Candidate Engagement: Use your recruitment skills to attract, assess, and place top talent across various industries.
- Negotiation Mastery: Apply your persuasive skills to negotiate terms and secure placements.
