Responsibilities:
- Source and attract high-quality graduate candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and university partnerships.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for specific roles and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
