Our client, a leading international recruitment consultancy headquartered in Central London, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join their marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, international setting. The successful candidate will support various marketing functions and play a key role in enhancing the company's brand presence and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging content for digital and print media, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and graphics.
Digital Marketing:
- Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing performance metrics.
- Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, managing contact lists, and tracking results.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
- Compile and present findings to the marketing team to inform strategy and decision-making.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and provide on-site support during events.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate marketing databases and files.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software).
- A creative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in a marketing role is a plus but not essential.
