From identifying new trends to sourcing exciting new suppliers, our Product Managers are there to lend expert direction at every stage of the design process. We are now looking for Graduate Product Developers to work under Product Managers, learning every aspect of the role.

Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in product development, sourcing, and market analysis. As a Graduate Product Developer, you will work closely with Product Managers, rotating across different functions to develop a well-rounded skill set. You will support the team in sourcing fabrics, gathering market intelligence, reviewing designs, and ensuring seamless communication with buyers and factories.

Your role will also involve identifying new business opportunities, tracking missed opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of our sourcing operations. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and developing junior team members, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the future.

About You

Must-Haves:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or a related function (or a strong passion for the industry if you are a fresh graduate).
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
