Role Overview:
As the Office Assistant at Hanson Search and
The Work Crowd, you will be essential to our office operations, ensuring
a seamless, efficient, and enjoyable working environment. You will play
a crucial role in maintaining the office's daily functions, supporting
senior management, and contributing to the overall culture of the
business.
From organising fun work parties and events to being the central contact
for all office-related queries, you will help create an environment
where our team can thrive and feel supported. We are looking for someone
with a strong sense of responsibility, who can roll up their sleeves,
solve problems, and has excellent communication skills and a genuine
passion for making a difference in the workplace. You must be a
self-starter who is eager to learn and help those around you.
Requirements:
- Bright and engaging with excellent communication skills.
• Some experience in an office administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support, travel, and event coordination.
• Maintaining reporting documents and other day-to-day support functions, from setting up rooms to assisting with pitch preparation and various ad hoc tasks.
• Acting as the company’s go-to person and serving as a central figure within the team.
