Sales Development Representative
This Is Prime
Training & development. It's something that all businesses offer. However, the problem with most training is that it is delivered once, with a "refresher" session taking place once a year.
That means the training could be the best in the world - but if it's not regularly reinforced, the learning will never be truly applied.
That's why this business has developed an AI powered platform that compliments a business's existing training programme to ensure the learning is regularly reinforced and therefore more likely to have a long-lasting impact!
They're a business with a real sense of purpose with the idea being born out of saving people's lives through a better training experience.
Already working with businesses such as Volvo, Microsoft & Fidelity - they're now growing their sales team in Nottingham and looking for people like you!
