Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential prospects through networking, cold outreach, and various other sales methods.
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads to develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct presentations, demos, and initial meetings to showcase product value.
  • Schedule and set up meetings for senior sales team members as needed.
  • Negotiate contract terms to provide a win-win solution for both the client and the organisation.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs set by the senior leadership team (SLT).
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and with cross-functional departments to achieve goals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
  • Industry-specific experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in closing deals independently.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who can also work independently when needed.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
