The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying, attracting, and placing candidates in various technology roles while building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen candidates for technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific technology roles.
- Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements in the technology sector.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Candidate Support: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including CV writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
- Offer Negotiation: Negotiate job offers and contracts between clients and candidates, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate information, job requirements, and client interactions in the recruitment database.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, strategies, and best practices for candidate sourcing and placement.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field such as Business Studies, Business Management, International Business, International Relations etc.)
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the technology sector.
