What is a day in the life of a recruiter?

A day in the life of a 360 recruiter is high-energy and full-on — from making cold calls and winning new business, to qualifying top candidates, managing interviews, and closing deals, no two days are ever the same.

What are the common challenges in the job? 

People can be unpredictable and unreliable; you naturally deal with a lot of rejection and plans change often. You have to spin multiple plates at once, whilst providing an elite level of service at all times.


What if I don't meet my performance targets? Will I get fired?

No! You will have a meeting with your manager and the L&D Team to help you get back on track with whatever support they can offer. This career is about being honest and holding yourself accountable – if you do those 2 things, you will thrive!


Are the holiday targets only for the top performers?

No! Your holiday incentive targets are based on your time in the company, everyone is expected to reach different goals to get to the same finish line.
