Technology is embedded in every element of our lives and across all industries and sectors. At KPMG we're developing the next generation of technologists and investing in the latest technologies to help businesses prepare for the future.
Technology at KPMG
Technology is a real area of focus for our business - as it is for clients. Working with everyone from governments to blue chip organisations, we're at the forefront of developing game-changing technology.
This growth has meant that this year, we've launched new Technology graduate programmes. Ranging from Cyber Security to Software Engineering, our graduates help to develop forward-thinking solutions to interesting and important issues - from online banking and new financial technologies to large scale infrastructure changes.

Empowering the next generation
At KPMG, the IT's Her Future programme, a firm-wide initiative designed to empower women in technology, provides access to networks and opportunities that develop and enhance careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Mentoring forms a core component of this. At every level, including graduates, those joining a Technology role at KPMG will have access to senior leader mentors who provide the support, space and opportunity to develop their career.
