E.on graduate scheme

I applied to the engineering scheme and have successfully got through the online application stage. I have my telephone interview soon but is it a personal interview then the assessment centre after this or are there any other forms of assessment inbetween?

Hey Ryan, what degree you have? Which one of the schemes did you apply for?

Engineering Leadership Scheme
Science and Engineering Excellence Scheme
Exploration and Production Scheme

for 2012?

Hey I did mechanical engineering and have applied to the Engineering Leadership Scheme for September 2012 - Haven't had my telephone interview yet though. have you applied?

Can anybody tell me how Weatherford assessmnet centre is like. ive been invited for a field engineer position. like to what they ask and the assessment is like.
