Interview process
My video interview was unique. It felt strange, as I didnt really know what to do, or how to act. But the instructions calmed me down. It was fun in the end, but it was hard to look back on how i answered the questions.
My assessment centre was a fun day, with lots of activities. There were 2 group work, and 2 interviews. It was fun and a creative day. The interviews were intense, and the group work was fun. However as everyone was vying for the same role, there were personality clashes.
