Interview process
My interview was rather a along one and lasted about 3 hours. I had a math test for 30 minutes and had to explain my results. No answer was wrong but what mattered was how well i explained my findings and be relevant to job description. I was asked a lot about the role like what skills were necessary to check how well i did research about the role. There was a big part that sought my personality as well for example questions on how i manage my day to day tasks, teamwork and how i cope with stress. The only way to get through this was honesty as it reduces the nervousness when the answers are obvious to you.
Most difficult question

Interview tips
Be yourself. Don't try to lie about things you are not as you might get too nervous. Try to show interest in the organisation. Don't show that you applied for the role because it popped up(even though it was the case) Things like asking questions, keeping eye contact FOR ALL the people at the panel matter. Do as much research as possible about the company, the role and above all know yourself.
