As an Esri UK Graduate GIS Consultant, you will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various key areas of our business over 18-24 months. You’ll rotate through departments such as Technical Support, Pre-Sales, Product Communications, Sales, Marketing, Localisation, Not-for-Profit, Education, and Professional Services, gaining a deep understanding of how each contributes to our customers' success. Throughout the programme, you'll engage in meaningful, real-world projects that will help you build your skills and knowledge of how our customers use our products.

What do we ideally look for in a Graduate GIS Consultant?

• A relevant degree in GIS, Geography, IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar, with a 2:1 or predicted 2:1.

• A genuine interest in developing a career in GIS and working with us.

• Strong communication skills, including good presentation abilities.

• Problem solvers who are curious and always looking for ways to improve.

• Ability to commute to or relocate near Aylesbury.

• The right to work full-time in the UK until at least September 2027 and the ability to pass basic security clearance.
