About Gradcore
Gradcore’s aim is to ensure that every graduate, no matter their background, has the opportunity to find their calling and make the most of their talent. They’ve been doing this for over 25 years, seeing significant successes with major universities and employers across Europe. They’re designing strategies, creating connections and running programmes to make three things happen.

- For universities – helping their students to achieve and realise their full potential
- For businesses – helping them to find, select and develop the sharpest talent
- For students and graduates – helping them to begin their career journey with intelligence and deliberation

Gradcore is part of the Unseen Group, a collective of brands providing opportunities and choices for the next generation of talent.

What we are looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable person to support the delivery of our wide variety of early talent and employability projects from in person assessment centres at universities nationwide to graduate coaching and outsourced recruitment/selection activities.

You’ll become an important and highly valued member of the team as you work to ensure that everything is running smoothly for the team.

The role involves working across multiple projects simultaneously, supporting Gradcore in the day-to-day delivery of our products and services. This could be sourcing assessors for events, booking travel and accommodation for the team, responding to email enquiries, delivering in person and digital events, arranging the printing of materials for events, producing evaluation reports, sending mass email comms and so forth. Your work will be varied, and you’ll (hopefully) never be bored, broadening your skillset and getting exposure to the full spectrum of how our business operates.

Gradcore is made up of a small and hard-working team, so it’s essential that you’re motivated by “getting things done”. There’s no room to hide at Gradcore and we really value people who are willing to get stuck in and live by the values of the group that we belong to – a set of values we helped create. These are:

1. Show up. Every day. We celebrate achievements but are not defined by them - we know the next one is just around the corner and we’re always excited by what’s to come. Every day we bring fresh energy, enthusiasm and passion - not just for the end goal, but for every step along the way.

2. Be curious. Be seen. We grow through getting involved, raising our hands and learning from one another. We stand up, challenge what we see and ask ourselves: what else could be possible?

3. Not afraid to be afraid. We’re into breaking things, changing things and being brave. We bring scary ideas forward and see where they can take us. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don’t, and sometimes they change everything.

4. No fluff. No bluff. Just be yourself. We know that to our customers, our audience and our team - integrity matters. We believe in being open, honest and upfront at all times. We bring truth and transparency to the table and appreciate people for who they are.

5. Take pride. The work you do matters. We get our kicks from being the forward thinkers that have a real-world impact on the lives of the next generation.
