What Will You Be Doing?

As a 360-Recruiter, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish:

Reach out to potential candidates and clients, including making initial cold calls

Organise interviews and provide feedback

Negotiate deals and close placements

Become an expert in your market, running your own “business within the business” of g2
