With a £28,000 guaranteed base salary and earnings of £35k-£40k in your first year Legal Recruitment offers a genuine, long-term career path.

This Recruitment Academy Training Program specifically designed for Graduates will take you from being a Graduate with no experience in recruitment or Headhunting to being a fully fledged Headhunter within 12 weeks. 

Start dates April/May 2025 for structured Graduate Scheme style intakes.

All Graduates are considered with no real advantage whether you have a Law degree or not.

The main requirements are;

• That you are engaging, confident and driven
• 2:1 or above from a top 30 University
• Ideally A/B's at A-level
• You are fun, team orientated and sociable
• Hungry and willing to get stuck in!

From Offices in the heart of the City of London you will be trained to be an advisor to your candidates, who are smart, educated Lawyers from the top Law firms London, often Associate or Partner level, you will be fast-tracked and given exposure to the attraction, and placement of senior candidates extremely quickly.

Developing communication, sales and persuasive skills and knowledge of the Legal world you will set yourself up for a career in Legal Recruitment.

Through hard work you will gain rewards quickly, within 6mths you will be paid bonuses and commission based upon your performance.By year 2 you are likely to be earning over £60k-£70K+ p/a.

The scheme will see you trained in all aspects of the role, through in-house Partner training and practical exposure within 3 months you will be given autonomy and freedom to operate of your own back, with ongoing training there when you require it.

You will help profile & Headhunt candidates, present them to the world's top Law Firms and manage interview processes. In time you will become an advisor to clients, helping Law firms develop their hiring strategies as an equal partner.
