The Role – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Become a market expert – learn everything about the industry and clients
- Build your own pipeline and manage your deals
- Call warm leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Engage with key decision-makers and close high-value deals
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced sales environment
Who We’re Looking For:
- Graduate calibre – degree or equivalent experience
- Confident communicator – excellent verbal & written skills
- Ambitious & money-motivated – wants to hit £50K+ in Year 1
- Outgoing & engaging – enjoys speaking to people and building relationships
- Coachable & eager to learn – ready to absorb training & excel
- Previous grads have earned £5K+ commission per month in their first year!
