Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for ambitious individuals ready to develop a career in data and AI. Ideal candidates have:

• A 2.1 degree or higher in any STEM or Non-STEM field (excluding Computer Science)
• A passion for problem-solving and a desire to work with data and emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Adaptability and resilience to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• The right to work in the UK.

Training start dates:

Our training runs throughout the year, with new cohorts starting each month, giving you the flexibility to launch your career in data at a time that best suits you!

Salary breakdown:

Training: £23,400

Bench (post-training, before client engagement): £23,400

0-6 months: £32,250

6-12 months: £33,250*

12-18 months: £42,500*

18-24 months: £45,000*

*Salary increases occur every six months, assuming performance targets are met.
