As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with French-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and English, eager to develop their sales skills, and passionate about contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's products and services.
• Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure deals that meet both client and company needs.
• Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and developments, particularly within French-speaking markets.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Sales Interest: Strong interest in sales and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Interpersonal Skills: Personable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
