Graduate Technology Engineer

Salary:
Our starting salary is £34,000, plus a £2,000 welcome payment along with an optional 20% salary advance. Plus a flexible package of benefits to suit your lifestyle.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Graduate Systems Engineer you will work in a holistic, multi-disciplinary role, focusing on the bigger picture and bridging the gaps between disciplines. Throughout the different stages of a product lifecycle, you could find yourself supporting activities in design and development using modelling and simulation techniques, the development and management of technical information about how our systems and products operate, seeing our products in action as they are integrated and tested in labs, or on a platform itself as it is tested in our various business unit.

Entry requirements?
You’ll need a minimum 2:2 Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to your chosen area.

What is the application process?
The stages of our application process include: a short online application. If you’re successful, you'll then complete an online assessment with interactive activities, and an on-demand video interview. The next stage is competency-based interview, either virtual or face-to-face.
