What is Technology & Engineering?
Technology is at the heart of what we do and part of our very DNA. We’ve invested in a team of over 2,000 technologists; creating a step change in the way we work and to help us deliver broader, deeper expertise, faster than ever. Our solutions stretch across a range of specialisms from tech strategy, risk management and data & analytics, through to software engineering, cyber automation, powered applications and cloud transformation. Our tech teams have the access, capability and connectivity to make possibilities happen, blending tech and business expertise to solve complex problems that help our clients and communities to thrive.
Technology Consulting Graduate Programme
Solving a broad mix of challenges for our clients, Technology Consulting is a dynamic and fast-paced place to be. We work collaboratively in teams and with clients to help solve problems quickly, working with new methods, and technology tools to deliver tailormade solutions to clients.
As a graduate trainee, you’ll develop skills in analysing, advising and delivering digital solutions for some of our clients’ most pressing business issues, in an innovative and sustainable way. Your work will typically span the technology delivery lifecycle; shaping a project from requirements definition through to technical delivery. You’ll work with a supportive team, who will empower you to achieve your potential and make your mark.
Training and Benefits
With the KPMG community by your side, you’ll have the support to grow in your own way, gaining learning that will last for a lifetime. You’ll have access to technology-focused learning and an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
Our firm’s hybrid working model balances the flexibility of working from home with the importance of collaborating and learning in offices or at client sites. We trust our people to be where our clients need them to be, with our client-facing colleagues working together in person as often as needed. You’ll be empowered by the technology that supports us to work flexibly and our collaborative office spaces, building friendships and shared experiences, innovating, and learning together.
