As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing the rental process for residential properties, from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
- Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing prospective tenants with detailed information and answering any queries they may have.
- Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, rental values, and competitor activities.
- Negotiations: Negotiate terms and conditions between landlords and tenants to secure favourable agreements for all parties.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing tenancy agreements, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients throughout the rental process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Interpersonal Skills: Personable, proactive, and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
