This opportunity will allow you to gain comprehensive knowledge of our logistics and distribution operations. Over two years, you’ll experience structured rotations across key sites, enabling you to understand how we deliver products efficiently, safely, and sustainably. Responsibilities you could own on the programme include:
- Coordinating production planning from start to finish, identifying product needs and leading all aspects of the completion process.
- Regularly reviewing your progress and staying updated on technical and legal developments in logistics.
- Supervising and improving existing procedures and systems to ensure detailed operations.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be mentored by experienced professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed. By the end of the training period, you’ll be well-prepared to take on a permanent role within our logistics function, contributing to our operations.
About you
We’re looking for highly motivated teammates with a 2:1 (or equivalent) in a Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Accountancy, or Data Science related subject area. You will need a full driving licence, as well as the ability to travel to sites across the UK. Other qualities we’d like to see include:
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for logistics are a must.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Strong analytical, presentation, and reporting skills
- Strong IT knowledge to improve logistics systems.
- Outstanding interpersonal and planning skills to ensure seamless operations.
