The role:
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll design and create data science algorithms that are capable of learning and solving real-world challenges through price prediction modelling, image classification, sentiment analysis, and more.
This is a widely varied and hugely rewarding role that would suit someone who is mathematically minded and enjoys coming up with solutions. You’ll typically work as part of a larger team of data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, data architects, and more on a variety of problems and challenges, meaning this role would also suit someone who enjoys collaborating with others.
What you’ll get:
- Four months of salaried training, delivered by technical professionals in a hybrid setting alongside a cohort of others, in the latest data management tools, technologies, and processes.
- Commerciality training to ensure you are prepared for data management projects post-training.
- Long-term, salaried placements* with leading organisations once you have passed the training, where you will work as a consultant on a variety of data management projects alongside a team of others for up to two years.

We work with a variety of organisations across the UK spanning the financial services, energy, retail, and manufacturing, pharma, telco & technology, and the public sector.
The salary:
- £21,255 pro rata during training.
- £24,000 pa post-training/before client placement.
- £33,000 to £34,000 year 1 of client placements.
- £42,500 to £45,000 in year 2 of client placements.
- £60,000 year three +
What you need to join:
- Educated to degree level (2.1 minimum).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Flexible on location as our consultants often work across the UK.
No relevant skills or experience in data or technology is required to join our Machine Learning practice as we’ll introduce you to everything you need to know during the four months of training and continue developing you throughout the program. However, we are unable to accept candidates with computer science or core data degrees as this program is designed to be additive to the market.
You must also be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Kubrick sponsorship before the commencement of employment.
