Right now we're looking for a creative and highly motivated Media Campaign Manager. This full-on role is vital to our ongoing growth and success, and involves creating and managing the implementation of tracking tags on media inventory, career sites and client Applicant Tracking System (ATS) systems. You'll also focus your sights on optimising media channels based on the performance of a specific campaign, and work to enable our Media team to make effective buying decisions based on accurate data.
What about this role?
Reporting to our Paid Media and Performance Manager, you'll work closely with the Paid Media and Performance team. This includes the Media team, Search team and MI Analyst team, all of whom work on exciting national and international campaigns. You'll also operate alongside the Client Services team, our external media partners and ATS suppliers.
You'll have a wide range of important tasks, and these are divided into the following four areas:
Planning and Delivery
- Set up, traffic and deliver campaigns through Ad-serving technologies
- Liaise with media partners to gain relevant information
- Understand project requirements and provide the best solutions for tracking media, career site and ATS platforms
- Improve the effectiveness of tracking by exploring new ideas and techniques
- Provide guidance and insights to internal and external teams based on data
- Make recommendations through optimisation to improve campaign results and our ROI
Administration
- Keep up to date with industry developments and innovative options
- Work on QA live campaigns
- Ensure the delivery of accurate information for the successful administration of campaigns
- Help to resolve Campaign Management queries
- Attend training sessions both internally and with media partners
Communication and Relationships
- Maintain strong working relationships within the business and with our media partners to ensure the best possible quality of work
- Liaise with media partners, career sites and ATS providers to ensure that media placements are set live at the correct times and remain in place for the duration of the campaign
- Larger campaigns may require you to attend client facing meetings and conference calls
- Help train and guide internal teams on all things Campaign Management
- Help train remote teams as back up
Commerciality
- Identify and implement opportunities to grow our Campaign Management offering
- Maintain an optimisation tracker to show the value Campaign Management has saved for clients
- Propose and cost for career site and ATS tagging in line with best practice
- Contribute to the overall GP and revenue of the team
- Maintain a high level of accuracy to avoid errors and losses of revenue

You'll need:
- 5 GCSEs A-Cs or their equivalent
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, busy team environment
- Experience of working to deadlines on multiple projects
- Good working knowledge of office IT systems including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent team playing and communication skills
- A strong customer focus
- A proactive attitude and the ability to prioritise your own workload
- A 'right first time' approach and a keen eye for detail
- Ideally, you'll also have:A degree or its equivalent
- Experience of working in a Campaign Management role with elements of tagging and tracking media
- Knowledge of Ad-serving technologies, for example, DoubleClick and Google Tag Manager
- Experience of working in a media agency environment
- Time spent working at a media house or on a media title
- An ambitious and target driven attitude
- A willingness to adapt and embrace change
