The role

As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll be critical in our clients’ digital transformation, helping evaluate their current infrastructure, explore options for moving to the cloud, and then oversee the migration and the maintenance of the new system. You will collaborate with your colleagues to embed cloud technology and best practice, revolutionising the capabilities and efficiency of teams and business functions of organisations in all industries.

This is a widely varied and hugely rewarding role that would suit someone who is mathematically minded and enjoys coming up with solutions to drive positive change.

What you’ll get:

• Four months of salaried training, delivered by technical professionals in a hybrid setting alongside a cohort of others, in the latest data management tools, technologies, and processes.
• Commerciality training to ensure you are prepared for data management projects post-training.

*Please note, client placements are arranged by Kubrick. You will not be expected to find your own placements however you will be expected to interview.

We work with a variety of organisations across the UK spanning the financial services, energy, retail, and manufacturing, pharma, telco & technology, and the public sector.

The salary:

• £21,255 pro rata during training.
• £24,000 pa post-training/before client placement.
• £33,000 to £34,000 year 1 of client placements.
• £42,500 to £45,000 in year 2 of client placements.
• £60,000 year three +

What you need to join:

• Educated to degree level (2.1 minimum).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Flexible on location as our consultants often work across the UK.

No relevant skills or experience in data or technology is required to join our Cloud Engineering practice as we’ll introduce you to everything you need to know during the four months of training and continue developing you throughout the program.

You must also be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Kubrick sponsorship before the commencement of employment.
