Sales Development Representative

About the Role

With a presence across Europe, we’re looking for driven, German-speaking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our vibrant commercial hub in Lisbon. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building a sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and social prospecting
• Qualifying leads and passing them on to Account Executives
• Using top-tier tools for innovative prospecting strategies
• Collaborating with your team by sharing best practices and learning together

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, finance, or consulting roles
• A proactive, ambitious attitude with a passion for growth
• Comfort with cold calling and stepping outside of your comfort zone
• Motivated by hitting targets and going above and beyond to succeed
• A team player who supports colleagues in their success
• Fluency in both Danish and English, able to comfortably communicate with clients in these languages
