Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their staffing needs.
• Identify and attract top talent through strategic channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
• Develop your own client base by winning new business and nurturing existing accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
