Hefty application process...anyone have anything they can share on this process?

Application process
• Stage 1 – complete our online application form by clicking here (link to online application form)
• Stage 2 – online verbal reasoning test
• Stage 3 – online numerical reasoning
• Stage 4 – competency based telephone interview with a member of HR
• Stage 5 – assessment centre which includes a verbal and numerical reasoning test and a written and group exercise
• Stage 6 – final interview with two Directors from Investment Management London

Its always the numerical reasoning tests that I found difficult, are any good at them? Need to practice!
