What could I be involved in as a Property Fast Streamer?
Working on the UK’s largest and most varied estate, you’ll be involved in strategy development, planning and delivering projects to build a sustainable public estate that benefits the whole of the UK. From brand-new constructions to refurbishing historic sites you’ll learn how to procure or manage contracts to ensure building safety. You’ll be part of a sustainability drive that will see the UK achieving carbon net zero by 2050. And from valuing and acquiring to selling and letting, you’ll gain a broad range of property experience working across a variety of government departments, and with different specialist teams.
Training includes:
Our Fast Stream core training, along with networking events and mentorship, will enable you to develop a range of practical and leadership skills. You’ll also work to gain professional accreditation with either the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM). This will be tailored to your circumstances and existing qualifications.
